  • Warranty Service: LCI Service is an approved service center for any kind of kitchen appliance warranty services for a wide range of high-end and premium brands in Puerto Rico.

  • Preventative maintenance

How We Work:

  • Customer reports service case and gives as many details as possible for an immediate diagnose.
  • We send within 48 hours with selected spare parts. Emergencies get handled within 24 hours.
  • Technician visits customer and diagnoses the unit. It gets fixed on the spot, unless a spare part is needed, which will then get ordered.
  • If a spare part is needed, service technician visits customer a second time to replace spare part and repair the appliance.
  • In 95% of the service cases, we can repair the kitchen appliance during our second visit.
